Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. When I tried to get hold of Customer Support, every time I got a "something went wrong on our end, please try again later" window only. I finally quit trying at 5AM this morning and went to bed.
When I woke up I tried one more time and still got the same result. I then felt I had no choice but to buy the Office download as I'm under pressure time-wise for my work and I had to re-do yesterday's efforts, too.

At PM tonight PST in the middle of working my computer suddenly went to a blue screen and "restarted". When it came back on my Office programs Word, Excel no longer will open any of my documents and I get the following message: "The operating system is not presently configured to run the application.
